eSEZCAP

PURPOSE

SEZCAP is an acronym for (Special Economic Zones Conformity Assessment Programme) It was designed to ensure that products manufactured or repacked within Special Economic Zones and intended for the Nigerian market comply with the requirements of the Nigerian Industrial standards (NIS) and regulations.

SCOPE

The SEZCAP shall cover all products, that are produced or repacked within all Special Economic Zones and are designated for sale or distribution within the Nigerian markets.

Key Requirements:

1. Visit https://sezcap.son.gov.ng
2. The 35% Value Addition Certificate is required only for products needing local value addition. If not applicable, you may proceed without it.
3. Create an account by registering with your NEPZA Operating Licence
4. Sign in to your account with user-email and password
5. Fill in theSEZCAP application form and submit by following the instructions accordingly
6. Your application will be attended to and a response given within three (3) working days
